<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to foster a market minded, census driven culture within your facility. To build and maintain positive relationships in the community and surrounding areas while working to control our brand image. To be able to promote the facility's services effectively to maintain an acceptable census/meet census/profitability goals through active planning and execution of your marketing plan.</p> <p>You may assist in the sales process with our inside sales teams.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a liaison between the facility and other health care providers. </li><li>Promote the facility's services to health care providers. </li><li>Develop and implement a marketing plan within the marketing budget to support desired census levels. </li><li>Conduct tours of the facility and field incoming inquiry calls. </li><li>Be flexible with hours of work depending on the need for after hours and weekends. </li><li>Keep abreast of economic conditions/situations and make adjustments as necessary to assure the continued ability to provide quality care. </li><li>Ability to interact with discharge planners in an effective, efficient manner. Ask for appropriate and adequate resident information. </li><li>Ability to analyze the information to determine if the facility can care for the resident adequately. </li><li>Input all Inquiries and Referral Partners into the CRM. </li></ul>
