<p>About the Job</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA implementations in Public Cloud architecture </li><li>Deep understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Project System, Procurement) and integration points </li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology frameworks </li><li>Ability to manage multi-phase, multi-country rollouts </li><li>Familiarity with SAP architecture, data migration strategies, and cloud deployment models </li><li>Understanding of interfaces, middleware, and third-party integrations </li><li>Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance for SAP programs </li><li>Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), and reporting dashboards </li><li>SAP Certification in 'Activate Methodology' and 'SAP Public Cloud' </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Define SAP program vision, roadmap, and governance structure aligned with business objectives </li><li>Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget </li><li>Ensure quality assurance and adherence to SAP best practices </li><li>Act as the primary liaison between Customer business leaders, IT teams, and other major stakeholders </li><li>Drive executive-level communication and reporting </li><li>Build and lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts </li><li>Mentor and develop talent within the program team </li><li>Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively </li><li>Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions </li><li>Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively throughout the program lifecycle </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strategic leadership and decision-making </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills </li><li>Financial and resource management </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $200,000-$230,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-MG2</p>
