As a key leader in our energy & sustainability software team, you will: Knowledge Management Strategy Design and implement a scalable knowledge management strategy tailored to a sustainability-focused SaaS environment. Define documentation standards, taxonomy, and governance processes. Promote knowledge sharing across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sustainability Experts. Technical Writing Write, edit, maintain FAQs, and help guides. Collaborate with product managers to capture tacit knowledge and translate it into structured content. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases. Tooling & Systems Select and manage knowledge base platforms (e.g. Zendesk Guide). Track and report on documentation usage, gaps, and effectiveness. Collaboration & Enablement Partner with Product and Engineering to document new features. Support Customer Success and Support teams with self-service content. Train internal teams on knowledge management best practices and tools. What qualifications will make you successful? 10+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or content strategy in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics. Familiarity with sustainability topics (e.g., ESG, carbon accounting) is a strong plus. Experience with documentation tools and knowledge base platforms. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
