<p>Duties</p> <p>Job Summary: Applicants must be willing to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide instruction and resource support in core academics and study skills for students with IEPs. </li><li>Effectively manage the classroom in accordance with school and district policy. </li><li>Plan and individualize lessons, differentiate instruction, and deliver services to students with a variety of needs. </li><li>Manage a caseload and write IEPs according to state and Highland CUSD5 guidelines using on-line software. </li><li>Conduct IEP meetings, including annual reviews, IEP reviews, etc. </li><li>Complete quarterly progress reports on IEP goals. </li><li>Work collaboratively with general education and SpEd classroom teachers to deliver services and meet students' needs. </li><li>Collect, organize, and use data to drive decision-making for academics and behavior. </li><li>Work with related service personnel.
