Experience preferred.</p> <p>Sky View Middle School is seeking a junior custodian for the 11:00 am to 7:30 pm shift. A qualified candidate should be comfortable completing the following tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable being on a ladder and/or Genie lift (heights up to 15 to 20 feet) </li><li>Be able to reset Roof Top Units (RTUs) and be comfortable with being on the roof </li><li>Reliable transportation and use of a vehicle during work hours / after hours </li><li>Travel to the Pump House at the bottom of the hill </li><li>Be available for callbacks outside normal working hours </li><li>Alarm calls </li><li>Weather issues </li><li>Ability to change filters </li><li>Be able to troubleshoot univents </li><li>Have automatic logic systems knowledge </li><li>Comfortable communicating with the police and fire department for alarm calls </li></ul> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>2pm - 10:30pm</p> <p>Day shift during the summer.</p> <p>Salary commensurate with related experience.</p> <p>Please submit cover letter and resume and letters of reference.</p>
