<p>Overview</p> <p>Feinmann is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to help lead complex, high-end remodeling projects throughout Greater Boston. This role is for a construction professional with residential remodeling experience who can support planning, scheduling, trade coordination, and client communication. Experience working in occupied homes is required. Please note: only candidates currently residing in MA will be considered - relocation is not available.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the management of residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout </li><li>Assist in maintaining budgets, schedules, and job costing </li><li>Coordinate subcontractors and ensure sequencing aligns with project plans </li><li>Monitor quality standards and code compliance </li><li>Communicate directly with homeowners regarding progress and next steps </li><li>Partner with designers, architects, and senior leadership </li><li>Identify and resolve field challenges proactively </li><li>Support inspections and milestone reviews </li><li>Maintain professional, organized jobsites </li><li>Address issues before they impact schedule or budget </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of residential remodeling or construction management experience </li><li>Strong understanding of trade sequencing and jobsite workflow </li><li>Experience working on high-end or custom residential projects preferred </li><li>Familiarity with SmartSheets, Bluebeam, or similar platforms </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$110,000-$120,000 annually based on experience </li><li>Full-Time, stable role with advancement potential </li><li>Paid Time Off & Holidays </li><li>Medical, Dental & Life Insurance </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Why Feinmann</p> <p>Established, award-winning design-build firm focused on high-quality, detail-focused residential work.
