This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work culture across the region. Regional Managers will be responsible for optimizing store performance, coaching and mentoring store managers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Regional Leadership and Development (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of store managers across the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values. </li><li>Recruit, select, and onboard store managers and associates for each location within the region. </li><li>Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and mentorship to store managers to enhance their leadership skills. </li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages employee growth and retention. </li><li>Oversee talent development initiatives and create a talent pipeline for future leadership roles. </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize sales, customer engagement, and store profitability across the region. </li><li>Collaborate with store managers to develop and maintain budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards across all stores within the region. </li></ul> <p>Sales and Customer Engagement (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Drive sales growth and market share by setting sales targets and action plans for each store within the region. </li><li>Analyze sales trends and inventory requirements, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings. </li><li>Maintain a strong focus on exceptional customer service, creating a customer-centric retail environment. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional and marketing initiatives within the region. </li></ul> <p>Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.
