<p>Description</p> <p>The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is hiring an HR Payroll Administrator to our HR Operations team!</p> <p>As the HR Payroll Administrator, you'll oversee all aspects of payroll processing and administration, ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintains accurate records and resolves payroll discrepancies.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Payroll Processing: Collects, compiles, and enters payroll data into the payroll system accurately and on time. Calculates wages, bonuses, commissions and deductions based on company policies and applicable laws. Reviews timesheets and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.</p> <p>Record Maintenance: Maintains accurate payroll records, including team member files, payroll deductions, and adjustments. Ensures confidentiality and security of payroll information and records.</p> <p>Payroll Support: Responds to team member inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and tax withholdings. Assists team members in a timely and professional manner.</p> <p>Systems Management: Utilizes payroll software and HRIS to process payroll and maintain team member records.</p> <p>Audits and Compliance: Assists in internal and external audits related to payroll processes and records.
