Our success is attributed to a collaborative work environment where patient needs always come first. and employees are empowered!</p> <p>Highlights</p> <ul> <li>Administrative Support: Perform general office duties and assist the Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP) with the patient process. </li><li>Scheduling Mastery: Utilize the scheduling system efficiently to maximize testing opportunities in the office. </li><li>Patient Outreach: Actively contact current, past, and potential patients through identified sources and track/report appointment results. </li><li>Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the HCP to develop local marketing and sales activities, aiming to build community relationships and generate referrals. </li><li>Professional Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and messages professionally, ensuring timely follow-up with patients. </li><li>HIPAA Compliance: Process and document clinic forms accurately to ensure compliance with HIPAA and state laws (e.g., patient records, financial forms, and insurance contracts). </li><li>Financial Management: Reconcile cash balance and manage accounts receivable and payable, including making bank deposits. </li><li>Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean and inviting office and work environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.</p> <p>Experience: 2 years of office experience is preferred.</p> <p>Customer Service: 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>401k </li><li>PTO </li></ul> <p>Join Us!
