<p>Your role</p> <p>Are you risk aware? Are you interested in Legal Documentation and trade processing? Do you know how to work well within a team to deliver excellent client service? Are you skilled in resolving issues? If yes, we are looking for a Confirmations specialist to:</p> <ul> <li>support day to day processing of OTC Confirmations tasks for Global Synthetic Equities and Global Equity Derivatives, amongst others. </li><li>understand the impact of technology and how it can aid in improving process efficiencies. </li><li>propose and implement changes to existing processes, practices and ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>actively participate in Digital Ops meetings globally, ensuring clear communication on improvement opportunities with tactical and strategic solutions highlighted and progressed to implementation via the relevant Digital and automation programs. </li><li>assist in first line business testing on key Confirmations controls via the semi-annual ICAP process. </li><li>ensure Business stakeholders know their up-to-date Confirmations Risk on a daily basis. </li><li>handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with UBS policy. </li><li>maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely resolution of outstanding Confirmations and risk mitigation for UBS </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success.
