Our team works in an environment defined by compassion, creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering hope and healing.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Mental Health Worker is responsible for providing intensive supervision and guidance to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents in a compassionate and respectful manner. This role requires an unwavering commitment to the safety of the youth in their care and continuous awareness of each child's daily needs, concerns, and developments. The position also demands the ability to distinguish between discipline and punishment and to look beyond surface behaviors to recognize when a child needs support.
