<p>About BasicBlock</p> <p>BasicBlock is on a mission to modernize payments for truckers and logistics companies across the U.S. We help carriers get paid faster, with factoring, banking, and cash flow tools built specifically for small fleets and owner-operators.</p> <p>We're looking for someone passionate about all things RevOps to help us streamline, automate, and scale our go-to-market engine. If you're analytical, systems-minded, and want to grow your career in startup operations, this role is for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data, smooth workflows, and strong rep adoption </li><li>Help build and manage Metabase dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams </li><li>Assist with pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and monthly KPI reviews </li><li>Support lead routing, lifecycle automation, and funnel optimization efforts </li><li>Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy </li><li>Own data hygiene, enrichment, and ongoing audits of GTM tools </li><li>Help onboard new reps with system access, training, and tool setup </li><li>Document key processes and contribute to building a scalable RevOps foundation </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in a Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BizOps, or related role </li><li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (pipeline, workflows, reporting, automation) </li><li>Comfortable with data - you love turning messy inputs into clean, actionable insights </li><li>Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Metabase, and Slack </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a bias for execution </li><li>A team player who communicates clearly and loves solving problems </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points</p> <ul> <li>SQL skills (basic queries, joins, filters) or experience using Metabase (or similar BI tools) for data exploration </li><li>Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment </li><li>Exposure to logistics, fintech, or B2B sales </li></ul> <p>Why Join BasicBlock</p> <ul> <li>Help shape the operations backbone of a fast-growing fintech startup </li><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support </li><li>Competitive salary, equity, and benefits </li><li>We're building real tools that help real people - and your work will directly impact the lives of thousands of small business owners </li></ul> <p>BasicBlock is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
