Thank you for being a part of the Glockner family!</p> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Weekly Pay </li><li>Monday through Friday </li><li>Fulltime hours </li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance available, plus ancillaries </li><li>Paid vacation and paid holidays </li><li>Short-term disability </li><li>401K plus Match </li><li>Our on-staff Nurse Practitioner is available 24/7 to answer your health questions and keep you in great health. </li><li>Employee discounts on parts, services, and vehicle purchases Paid training and continuing education </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Draining the oil from a vehicle and replacing it to manufacturer specifications </li><li>Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid </li><li>Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues </li><li>Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacture specifications </li><li>Installing new car parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries </li><li>Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing </li><li>Diagnosing existing issues and consulting with lead mechanics on the team to address the vehicles' issues </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience with servicing vehicles </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pre-employment drug test and background check </li><li>Time management and organizational skills as well as hand and eye coordination </li><li>Effective communication and customer service skills </li><li>The ability to read and follow complex directions in manuals as well as relay information in reports </li><li>The physical ability to perform all tasks related to the position of Lube Technician, such as bending reaching, standing for long periods of time and lifting over 60 pounds </li></ul>
