Maintains classroom program in compliance with NYS Regulations, Accreditation Standards, and Center policy. Participates in Center program improvement initiatives.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>EDUCATION: </li><li>Minimum: </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent education. </li></ul> <p>WORK EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum: </li><li>One year of experience working with children. Babysitting experience will be considered. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum: </li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $16.74 per hour</p>
