<p>Vista, CA</p> <p>Carlsbad Ca 3085</p> <p>$18.00/</p> <p>Small Machine Operator 2Nd Shift</p> <ul> <li>Job Description </li><li>Branch Details </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li><li>Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, temperature) to meet production requirements </li><li>Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards are met </li><li>Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper material flow </li><li>Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime </li><li>Accurately record production data, including output, scrap, and downtime </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and 5S standards </li><li>Follow all company safety policies and report any hazards or equipment issues </li><li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control </li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions </li><li>Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in packaging, labeling, or printing environments (if applicable to DPI) </li><li>Familiarity with production documentation and reporting </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices </li></ul> <p>Carlsbad CA 3085</p>
