This role collaborates with internal teams such as procurement, logistics, sales, and customer service to optimize supply chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction.</p> <p>KEY ACTIVITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manage and monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to delivery. </li></ul> <p>Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.</p> <ul> <li>Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and issues with proactive communication and problem-solving. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels in ERP systems. </li><li>Analyze order trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with demand planning and procurement teams to align supply with customer demand. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and customer requirements. </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management and supply chain processes. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations. </li><li>Experience with international logistics and trade compliance. </li><li>Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. </li><li>Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. </li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail. </li><li>Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
