In this role, you'll support the daily operation of our buildings, grounds, and commercial kitchen spaces through skilled maintenance, timely repairs, and high-standard sanitation work. Your efforts will ensure our teams have clean, safe, and fully functional environments to work, collaborate, and innovate.</p> <p>From maintaining specialized kitchen equipment to performing preventative maintenance and deep-cleaning key areas, you'll take ownership of the spaces that keep our Enterprise moving. If you enjoy variety, take pride in quality workmanship, and are eager to learn, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact every day.</p> <p>What you need to be considered for the role:</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED required. </li><li>Minimum of six (6) months of related mechanical/custodial experience and or training is required. </li><li>Drivers License required. </li><li>Basic math, reading, and writing skills. </li><li>Ability to follow instructions, policies, procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form. </li><li>Intermediate computer skills required in Microsoft Office and CMMS. </li><li>Basic problem solving skills. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Commercial Class A office building maintenance is preferred. </li></ul>
