<p>The Loss Prevention department is dedicated to fostering continuous learning and development. Through regular performance evaluations and a collaborative learning environment, we empower our staff to grow and advance in their careers, ultimately enhancing our ability to protect company assets and maintain a safe, compliant environment.</p> <p>Join us as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and become the cornerstone of our store safety and security. Your mission is to protect our assets, reduce losses, and ensure compliance with our processes. You'll lead engaging training sessions, conduct thorough audits, spearhead investigations, and collaborate closely with store teams. Your efforts will not only safeguard our business but also empower our people to succeed.</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and Support:?Assist in supervising regional personnel and address organizational issues within company operations. </li><li>Analyze and Act:?Develop, monitor, and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reduce loss, identify trends, and tackle root causes in high-shrink locations. </li><li>Implement Policies:?Effectively communicate and implement Loss Prevention (LP) policies, practices, and initiatives. </li><li>Investigate:?Conduct LP investigations-both in person and remotely-to address internal and external theft. </li><li>Audit and Improve:?Perform LP and safety audits regularly, addressing issues to prevent significant loss. </li><li>Engage in the Field:?Establish a strong field presence by visiting stores and participating in regional meetings. </li><li>Leverage Technology:?Use Point of Sale exception reporting tools to identify employee theft and recommend proactive solutions. </li><li>Design Procedures:?Create and implement procedures to minimize the loss of merchandise, money, and other company assets. </li><li>Manage Security Systems:?Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including alarms, Electronic Article Surveillance, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment. </li><li>Support Operations:?Ensure smooth LP operations during store openings, closings, and relocations. </li><li>Resolve Issues:?Proactively resolve and investigate asset-related losses. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention, with multi-store responsibility. </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and lead investigations. </li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%, including some overnight travel). </li></ul> <p>You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have</p> <ul> <li>Certifications such as Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Loss Prevention Certified (LPC). </li><li>Experience with Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid techniques is highly desirable. </li></ul>
