<p>The Call Center LPN is a key member of the patient care team, delivering telephone-based clinical support. Responsibilities include managing patient calls for medication refills, handling incoming faxes and documentation, and triaging urgent calls. The LPN will assess patients to determine whether they need medical or behavioral health assistance, ensuring they are connected to the appropriate provider for timely care.
