Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the branch. </li><li>Assist customers by processing bank transactions such as check and cash deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account questions and any other needs they may have. </li><li>Build relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and offering appropriate products and service to meet those needs. </li><li>Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily, following bank policies and procedures in handling all negotiable instruments. </li><li>Respond to incoming phones calls to the branch, providing customers with needed support and transferring calls to appropriate individuals as needed. </li><li>Balance ATM cash and other ATM transactions. </li><li>Keep abreast of all relevant regulations, policies and procedures through ongoing compliance training. </li><li>Must have previous customer service and cash handling experience in a high-volume setting. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to listen and identify potential customer needs. </li><li>Strong math and analytical skills, ability to count cash </li><li>Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks. </li></ul> <p>EOE</p> <p>V / M / F / D</p>
