<p>MARC, Inc. of Manchester is looking for a Full-Time Vending Facilitator to oversee our Vending for Change services. The primary function of the position is to Provide day to day operations, marketing and administrative support for vending services owned and operated by individuals served by MARC, Inc. This individual will market a positive image of MARC, Inc. both internally and externally and ensures that services provided to the people served are in accordance with not only MARCs mission statement and philosophy but also with State and Federal mandated laws, policies and regulations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Act as a consultant to the vending LLC. (Site procurement, maintaining positive relationships with proprietors and the community.</p> <p>Provide supports to the vending crew.</p> <p>Responsible for servicing vending machines via the vending LLC.</p> <p>Responsible for purchasing, stocking and reconciling product inventory for the vending services.</p> <p>Develops policy and procedures for vending machines.</p> <p>Trains staff and people served on how to service vending machines.</p> <p>Responsible for record keeping/data entry of vending services and agency fund-raisers.</p> <p>Cross train in the Employment Department to substitute when needed.</p> <p>Assists in the development of all Marketing materials.</p> <p>Ensures professional competency and promotes positive image of MARC, Inc. and associated services and policies.</p> <p>Performs other duties as designated by the Director of Employment and Career Services.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>Two years sales experience preferred</p> <p>Human services experience preferred</p> <p>Knowledge of Microsoft Office</p> <p>Knowledge of the Vending Industry</p> <p>Valid drivers license and use of personal vehicle in order to transport person served and/or self with valid personal auto liability insurance</p> <p>Ability to lift 50lbs, sit, walk, stand, and drive</p> <p>Must be able to complete all essential job duties, minimum qualifications, and physical efforts with or without a disability.</p> <p>PHYSICAL EFFORTS:</p> <p>Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and driving.</p> <p>Ability to stand, sit, use a telephone, and type at a computer.</p> <p>Ability to lift and transfer up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting of nonambulatory people.</p> <p>WORK REMOTELY:</p> <p>No</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>MARC, Inc. of Manchester is a not-for-profit agency which supports people with disabilities in Manchester, Connecticut and surrounding towns since 1952.
