We're focused on serving people and the communities we are part of.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Enterprise Compliance Program Manager plays a key role in overseeing and enhancing compliance program functions across the organization. This position ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while promoting a culture of compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role involves leading key compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and supporting program audits and investigations.</p> <p>As a People Leader:</p> <ul> <li>You lead with empathy, vulnerability, and honesty. </li><li>Must have a love of learning. </li><li>Endless curiosity and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement </li><li>Team-first mindset </li><li>Empower and inspire full time associates through coaching. </li><li>Hold others to high standard. </li><li>Knows how and when to celebrate success. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage enterprise compliance program components, including audits, monitoring, and risk mitigation efforts. </li><li>Interpret federal and state regulations to maintain program alignment with legal requirements and company policies. </li><li>Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement corresponding remediation plans. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Clinical Services, Education, and Regulatory Affairs & others to drive initiatives. </li><li>Lead internal reviews, investigations, and corrective action planning. </li><li>Monitor regulatory updates and emerging risks; communicate relevant changes to leadership. </li><li>Support compliance training, reporting, and documentation for program effectiveness. </li><li>Foster ethical decision-making and organizational accountability. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert resource for employees, regarding ethics, compliance, and privacy concerns. </li><li>Lead and coordinate the implementation of Enterprise compliance - audit and monitoring activities, sampling, and preparation of materials and reporting in support of the Annual Compliance Work Plan, Annual Compliance Audit and monitoring work plan. </li><li>Oversees compliance risk assessments, and implementation/communication of findings to enterprise compliance leadership. </li><li>Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to issues, tracking resolution and escalating to the Enterprise Ethics Compliance Privacy Leadership team. </li><li>Any other duties and projects assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Visio, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Skilled in regulatory interpretation and compliance program development. </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. </li><li>Experience with HIPAA, CMS, OIG/DHHS guidelines. </li><li>Works well independently as well as contribute to team efforts. </li></ul>
