<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Blackberry Farm - Walland, TN</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Description and Qualifications</p> <p>The concierge team is responsible for ensuring that all guest activities, spa services, and dining times are booked and that all guests requested expectations are met.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Completes pre-arrival emails and calls before guest arrival to book activities, and spa services, and schedule dining times. </li><li>Be a point of contact for guests before their arrival to inform the guests of special events during their stay and answer any questions they may have. </li><li>Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database. </li><li>Creates unique memorial experiences for our guests. </li><li>Review traces daily and confirm information with other departments. </li><li>Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy. </li><li>Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments. </li><li>Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted. </li></ul> <p>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.</p> <p>Regular and consistent attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.</p> <p>Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers and interact with our guests.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma is required </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license </li><li>Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate well with guests and fellow staff </li><li>Non-verbal communication skills important </li><li>Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills </li></ul> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Basic math skills are required. </li></ul> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals </li><li>Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them promptly </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit or stand for long periods </li><li>Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>General office </li><li>4,200 acres of Blackberry Farm property </li></ul> <p>About Blackberry</p> <p>Blackberry Farm is a Relais & Châteaux property that has provided world renowned hospitality to family, friends and guests for almost 50 years.
