There's a reason why Capitol Volkswagen has been a recipient of the 2018 Wolfsburg Award, 10 Years of Service Award 2008 - 2018, in addition to selling the largest number of GTI's in Northern California.</p> <p>As a Service Assistant, you will contribute to a world-class automotive retail experience by assessing guests' needs and providing support across various tasks within the service department.</p> <p>What you'll be working on:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming Service Department phones </li><li>Service appointment scheduling </li><li>Cashiering Service and Parts customers, Including taking credit cards and cash </li><li>Balancing transactions at the end of each day, including the cash drawer. </li><li>Closing completed work orders </li><li>Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software </li><li>Scanning and filing of documents </li><li>Calling guests who are overdue for service </li><li>Keeping a working inventory of office supplies </li><li>Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions </li><li>Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN verifications, & Weight certificates </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring to the table:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Commitment to excellent guest experience - on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase</p> </li><li> <p>Valid state driver's license and good driving record (no major violations)</p> </li><li> <p>X-Time and CDK experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to work evenings and weekends</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary: $17.95 - $30.00 per hour</p> <ul> <li>Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
