And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a result driven Manager, FP&A to help lead Medicare expense management, with a focus on accurate and timely monthly reporting and analysis. This role is critical in ensuring financial transparency and</p> <p>accountability through detailed expense tracking, review and forecasting. In addition to core SG&A reporting responsibilities such as Budgeting and Forecasting, the Manager will lead and support various financial reporting projects. This included evaluating current processes, recommending improvements, and developing strategic solutions to enhance reporting capabilities and overall process efficiencies.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with other departments to understand their financial needs, gather relevant data, and assist in the creation of financial plans. </li><li>Facilitates complex financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights to senior management, examining financial data, identifying trends, evaluating financial performance, and preparing reports to communicate findings. </li><li>Analyzes variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, assessing the financial impact of different initiatives, and recommending appropriate actions. </li><li>Performs financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis under minimal supervision. </li><li>Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting packages and formal business reviews, and participates in leadership presentations. </li><li>Communicates financial summaries and complex dashboard information to management, executives, and stakeholders. </li><li>Collaborates internally and externally with treasury, business strategy, investor relations, and enterprise financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in support of various financial initiatives. </li><li>Identifies and improves financial planning and analysis (FP&A) inefficiencies, implements automation or standardization initiatives, and enhances the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. </li><li>Interviews, selects, and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis. </li></ul> <p>For this role you will need Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of financial reporting/analysis and/or accounting experience </li><li>Foundation in financial forecasting </li><li>Ability to consolidate reports to business partners </li><li>Proven Hyperion experience </li><li>Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Healthcare industry experience </li><li>Adept at problem solving and decision making skills </li><li>Adept at collaboration and teamwork </li><li>Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills </li><li>Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred. </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$66,330.00 - $145,860.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
