<p>Crew Leader- Full time/2nd Shift</p> <p>Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.</p> <p>Location: DSCC/ 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213</p> <p>Pay: $18.55 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday - 3:30 pm to 12:00am</p> <p>Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Complete all assigned cleaning task per contract requirements </li><li>Comply with all production and quality control standards </li><li>Supervise 8-10 employees </li><li>Attend all training requirements as directed by supervisor </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years old </li><li>Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver's license or State ID) </li><li>Successfully pass a background check </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC included) </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Meet attendance standards </li><li>Ability to work without supervision </li><li>Meet established production and quality control standards </li><li>Maintain accurate records </li><li>Communicates well with the public </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Lift up to 25 pds. </li><li>Stand for 2 hrs with break </li><li>Bend, stoop, twist, walk long distances, reach, etc. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance available for employees working 30-hour minimum </li><li>Dental and Vision insurance available </li><li>Two (2) weeks paid vacation annually after 1 year of service.
