<p>Your responsibilities</p> <p>Position Summary: Perform physical operations of grinding center. Execute most efficient manner of operations. Organize cell workflow and plan necessary machining sequences.</p> <p>Perform set ups to including setting of chuck jaws, rails, pads, tools, clamping, fixtures, loads and unload parts using overhead crane.</p> <p>Perform parts inspection using micrometers, dial indicators, pipe gauges, dial calipers, verniers, depth micrometers, surface finish testing equipment and other related inspection tools.</p> <p>Notifies supervision and inspection when parts do not conform to the drawing specifications.</p> <p>Plan finish grinding /machining by having fluent understanding of assets and related equipment.</p> <p>Understand all GD&T requirements for processes.</p> <p>Machine set-up along with program downloading. Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens interface.</p> <p>Maintain work cell and environment and surrounding area to premium standards.</p> <p>Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Previous machining experience and practices required. Blueprint and GD&T knowledge is necessary.</p> <p>Export Control:</p> <p>This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology.
