<p>Project Controls Coordinator (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Chicago, IL): Coordinate submittals, project estimates, schedules, and workflows for engineering projects. Support procurement, portals, and communications throughout bid process. Support change management during the contract lifecycle of engineering projects. Prepare, distribute, and compile weekly workflow status reports. Prepare monthly program reporting for distribution to program leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate cost controls and manage budgeting and document processes for engineering projects. Participate in construction bid process and support Project Management Information System (PMIS) administration. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). Salary is $118,581 per year. Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus.
