Don't worry, no cold calling or telemarketing is required and no previous sales experience needed. This is M-F only and we are focused on repeat business customers. A short video about FASTSIGNS can be seen here:</p> <p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2M-ZECKoU8&list=PLe1tCcHyWKw8-TVzASVHDgK9RU_yG7BnI</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, E-commerce and telephone customers </li><li>Consult with clients on our products and services </li><li>Input estimates/orders and help design creative solutions based upon client needs </li><li>Organize project completion photos, schedule installations, order materials and follow-up with customers </li><li>Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and email activity </li><li>Communicate with customers on order status and changes the production schedule. </li><li>Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting) </li><li>Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized and functional) </li><li>Participate in and practice the brand mentality of "Everybody Sells".
