<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Ecommerce Category Development Manager's focus in on maximizing ecommerce sales and meeting Walmart's key ecommerce measurements. This role is responsible for the item set-up and maintenance, maximizing content,</p> <p>monitoring and executing ratings and reviews, responding to reviews, analyzing sales and identifying gaps and opportunities, and marketing contact in ecommerce campaign development, execution and analysis for their specific categories with Walmart Dot Com and Sam'sClub Dot Com.</p> <p>This role is based on our Bentonville sales team reporting to a VP FMO for Walmart and Sam's Club.</p> <p>SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEASUREMENTS</p> <p>This includes but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly and Monthly Reporting-Sales Tracking, Share Analysis, Gap & Opportunity in Retail </li></ul> <p>Link and NPD where applicable</p> <ul> <li>Store Level and Dot Com Only item execution, maintenance, ensure all Walmart measures are </li></ul> <p>met</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on strategic development of assortment and promotion providing </li></ul> <p>supporting analysis and audits</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on campaign development, execution and </li></ul> <p>analysis</p> <ul> <li>Support VPFMOs with preparation for sales meeting providing sales recap, highlights and </li></ul> <p>graphs to illustrate performance</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional team on forecast and flex providing supporting analysis </li></ul> <p>REQUISITE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivating and able to multi-task well </li><li>Experienced in excel </li><li>High level of organization skills </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Problem solving skills </li><li>Tenacity and follow-through </li></ul>
