We sort, process, and deliver linen for every healthcare need.</p> <p>We are seeking a Route Service Driver for our Ambulatory Care Division in Allentown, PA. This position delivers HCSC programs and services to ambulatory care facilities, outpatient centers, clinics, surgi-centers and physician offices via non-CDL trucks in an assigned customer territory. Duties include, but not limited to customer relationship building, customer retention, and inventory management. The pay range for this position starts at $23.00 per hour based on experience. In addition, HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Medical with prescription plan and Dental </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Vacation, Personal and Sick Days </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan </li><li>And Much More! </li></ul> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>On-site inventory management in your assigned customer territory. </li><li>Completes and turns in all required paperwork in a timely manner </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>What you will bring to the role:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma / GED required and previous customer service experience preferred </li><li>Valid and clear driver's license is required </li><li>Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position </li><li>Prompt arrival and regular attendance is mandatory and the availability to work overtime as needed </li><li>Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently </li><li>Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, DOT physical and drug screen </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>This position will be based out of the Allentown Ambulatory Care facility. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:</p> <ul> <li>4/10 hour days, Monday - Friday work week with no nights </li><li>All new hires are eligible for bonuses. You will be eligible to receive up to $1000. New Employees are eligible for $500 after 90 days for retention and perfect attendance.
