THey are looking to add a Director of Asset Management to their team.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$200k + Bonus</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Director of Asset Management will oversee property performance, revenue optimization, and financial planning for a multifamily portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and leadership ability to drive best-in-class asset management practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Director of Asset Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute revenue management strategies and pricing algorithms. </li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. </li><li>Review property financials and prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports. </li><li>Use SQL and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Build and mentor a high-performing asset management team. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Property Management teams. </li><li>Conduct property visits and recommend operational improvements. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Director of Asset Management:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in asset management, FP&A, or real estate operations. </li><li>Multifamily real estate experience is mandatory. </li><li>Strong accounting and financial reporting background. </li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. </li><li>Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration ability. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Director of Asset Management:</p> <ul> <li>CPA or CFA designation. </li><li>Private equity experience. </li><li>Experience developing pricing algorithms. </li><li>Competitor analysis and market intelligence expertise. </li><li>Familiarity with RealPage, EPM systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena), and Power BI. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field is required. </li><li>MBA is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Client-provided benefits available, upon eligibility. </li></ul>
