<p>Job Description</p> <ol> <li> <p>Communicates with others to perform the job tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Safely operates motor vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>Runs errands to support of the work site.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with / without tools and building materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Manipulates and generally understands the safe use of different types of power and manual construction tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, to fine grade specifications using hand tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Breaks up and remove concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Positions and operates portable and submersible water pumps.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans and sorts tools, equipment and materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Stocks drinking water containers for the construction site personnel.</p> </li><li> <p>Climbs vertical ladders in up to 25 - 30 foot sections, above/below ground elevation.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans and maintains the worksite and related areas such as parking lot and office. 14. Adheres to all safety procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maybe assigned hole watch and/or firewatch duties.</p> </li></ol>
