Join us and turn your technical expertise into life-changing innovations.</p> <p>This role is hybrid based in Stryker's Global HQ in Portage, MI, with the expectation to come into the office 3-4 days a week</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for electronic circuit boards in medical devices, ensuring alignment with system requirements. </li><li>Develop, review, and execute electrical system tests using advanced equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers) to validate performance and reliability. </li><li>Identify and evaluate solutions to complex product design challenges, balancing tradeoffs at the component and sub-system levels. </li><li>Development, creation, and refinement of technical documentation, including schematics, design descriptions, stack-up calculations, and manufacturing test specifications. </li><li>Interface with manufacturers to define and implement manufacturing test specifications for scalable production. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management to drive project success. </li><li>Build relationships and influence across engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. </li><li>Deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and a strong commitment to meeting business priorities such as process improvements, technology advancements, and product development from concept to launch. </li></ul> <p>What You Need</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in EE or related discipline </li><li>2+ years of work experience. </li><li>Advanced understanding of electrical components and manufacturing methods, including common failure modes. </li><li>Experience in interpreting and analyzing system drawings with basic Mechanical/Software/Electrical Interactions. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to interpret, analyze, and test electrical designs. </li><li>Working knowledge of the electrical design process. </li><li>Proficiency in the use of CAD and/or other circuit design and analysis tools to design. </li><li>Knowledge of standard technologies used in industry. </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 10%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
