<p>Position: Commercial Loan Officer</p> <p>Department: Commercial Lending</p> <p>Job Status: Full-Time</p> <p>FLSA Status: Exempt</p> <p>Grade: 15</p> <p>Reports to: SVP, Senior Lender, Connecticut</p> <p>Amount of Travel Required: Some Travel Required</p> <p>Positions Supervised: None</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships, ensuring alignment with the Bank's financial goals. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, evaluating loan requests, working along with credit partners to complete credit analysis and preparing loan proposals.
