As a UKG Systems Analyst III, caregiving begins in the office, where you will focus on performing feasibility analyses, designing projects, tracking system resources, identifying solutions, and supporting system integration initiatives. As part of the HRIS team, your work will extend beyond expanding your technical expertise, directly impacting patients by supporting connected, up-to-date systems and providing teams with innovative tools and technologies that improve care. This role is applicable for candidates who have UKG Systems Experience only.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works remotely in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, implementing, quality assurance evaluation and modification of automated systems. </li><li>Define training requirements and assist with automated systems training. </li><li>Recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. </li><li>Support and design department project assignments and small system implementation. </li><li>Provide input to solution development efforts. </li><li>Maintain schedules. </li><li>Track information system resources for assigned projects. </li><li>Report on project timelines and document performance. </li><li>Develop work products, documentation of operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities and task level resource requirements. </li><li>Maintain project task plans, documentation and communications. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and five years of experience in UKG systems dealing with applications development in UKG ProWFM strongly preferred. Experience with timekeeping, advanced scheduling, attestation or equivalent experience. </li><li>OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and seven years of experience </li><li>OR Bachelor's degree and three years of experience </li><li>Experience in project managing, testing, and launching HRIS or IT systems in a medium (10k) to large (50k) employee organization </li><li>Demonstrated collaboration across a variety of cross functional teams </li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills </li><li>For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certification </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. </li><li>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. </li><li>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. </li><li>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. </li><li>In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
