<p>Overview</p> <p>The Lead Bartender assists the Restaurant Manager in the pool and Tiki bars.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates team member selection, training, schedule, and development of bartenders and ensures all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. </li><li>Organizes and prioritizes work schedules of retail team to ensure adequate coverage is available at all times. </li><li>Ensures guests and residents receive the highest levels of service consistent with Sun's customer service philosophy. </li><li>Greet customers, answer the telephone courteously, and complete all transactions. </li><li>Ensure merchandise inventory is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked. Communicate inventory shortages to manager. </li><li>Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned. </li><li>Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure the safety, cleanliness and proper working order. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Prior supervisor experience preferred. </li><li>Prior bartending experience required </li><li>High School Education (some HS education preferred) </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Professional appearance </li><li>Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and the internet </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities </li><li>Flexible schedule based on business needs </li></ul> <p>PERKS & BENEFITS</p> <p>At Sun Outdoors, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
