In addition to our robust healthcare and retirement plans, we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Onsite children's care centers (Infant through Pre-K) </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>Competitive pay, yearly opportunities for pay increases and bonuses </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and evaluate financial performance of asset management and capital projects </li><li>Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts for capital projects </li><li>Conduct financial analysis on asset acquisitions, dispositions, and valuations </li><li>Develop and maintain capital project budgets and track project expenditures </li><li>Identify and assess financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks </li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives </li><li>Monitor and report on the financial performance of ongoing capital projects </li><li>Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders </li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management and capital project finance </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in financial analysis. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with department leaders and teams. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in healthcare finance or working with health systems. </li><li>Experience in a healthcare or corporate setting. </li></ul>
