<p>Department</p> <p>MRI VNA</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation or prescribed radiofrequency beams for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention and utilize magnetic fields to produce quality MR imaging. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Require Registered, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist MRI (R)(MR)(ARRT) certification and active State of Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license. - OR - - Require graduate of an accredited American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist ARMRIT) certification program and Registered, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist MRI (MR)ARRT) certification. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Mandatory Education</p> <p>Preferred Education</p> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <p>BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR</p> <p>Preferred License and Certs</p> <p>Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Additionally, shifts can vary from 8 hour shifts to 10 and 12 hour shifts. Flexibility to work at all of our MRI locations is also required, however schedule location preferences will be taken into consideration.</p>
