<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a Microsoft Windows authority to fill our Technical Support specialist position. The primary responsibilities are planning, implementation, and management of desktop, laptop, and mobile computers.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the life cycle of desktop, laptop, and tablet computers. Including procurement, deployment, hardware/software support, and patching </li><li>Serve as a first point of contact for users seeking assistance via service desk tickets, email, phone, and walk up </li><li>End user support of Microsoft Office suite and other software applications </li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and assist users through a variety of break-fix procedures </li><li>Work closely with other IT team members to ensure effective communication and escalation </li><li>Troubleshoot and support software applications, computer hardware, printers, and peripherals </li><li>Provide end user training for software applications, computer hardware, and peripherals </li><li>Set up and lead technical bridges </li><li>Communicate issues to the end user community </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering quality service </li><li>Organized and efficient team player that is an adaptable and flexible self-starter </li><li>Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies </li><li>In depth knowledge with Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional, helpful demeanor </li><li>Proficient in creating and managing system images </li><li>3-5 years of IT related experience (Desktop/Application Support/Service Desk, etc.) </li><li>Microsoft 365 administration and support experience </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Powershell scripting experience </li><li>Experience using desktop management tools (Kace, ManageEngine, Altiris, etc.) </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline </li><li>Certifications (CompTIA, A+, Network+, Microsoft) </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: From $60,000.00 per year</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>Application Question(s):</p> <ul> <li>This job is fully onsite Monday through Friday, can you meet this requirement? </li></ul> <p>Work Location: In person</p>
