In this pivotal role, you will serve as a functional expert supporting the M-Pathways Student Administration System (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) - with a focus on processes related to Financial Aid and Student Financials.</p> <p>Your day-to-day will include partnering closely with offices across the university, especially the Office of Financial Aid and Student Financial Services' to understand their needs, document requirements, analyze and design solutions, and ensure system reliability. You'll communicate clearly with customers, investigate and resolve complex issues, and help deliver excellent campus-wide service.</p> <p>You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of analysts and report to the ERP Business Analyst Lead.
