<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla is seeking an experienced individual to join the GFTX Manufacturing Training team as a Training Instructor. In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Training instructor who will design, deliver and continuously improve manufacturing training programs, with a laser focus on demonstrating tangible business impact. This role goes beyond traditional training and delivery. Success is measured by your ability to move the needle on key manufacturing performance indicators through effective skill development and behavioral change on the production floor. We are looking for someone who excels in communication and facilitation in dynamic environments. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a positive, motivational, and professional demeanor. A strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential.
