<p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, electrical, and telephone systems. Assists with emergency situations, as needed.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all ice makers, walk-in coolers, freezers, beer chillers, yogurt machine and all refrigerators. </li><li>Maintains working conditions of restaurant equipment including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment. </li><li>Monitors temperature controls in Casino and Theater and makes adjustments to tabs and thermostats on heating and air conditioning equipment to keep guest comfortable. </li><li>Responsible for ordering parts, receiving and stocking parts and maintaining parts inventory. </li><li>Designs and installs refrigeration and heating and air conditioning equipment. </li><li>Designs and installs ducting, grills, controls for changes and new additions to heating and air conditioning systems. </li><li>Maintains Hotsy Pressure washer and Biocinematic Electronic air filters. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of four years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing or telephone systems. </li><li>Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics, </li><li>Welding of other electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired and preferred. </li><li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. </li></ul> <p>Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside, sometimes in extreme temperatures. </li><li>Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, sewer snakes, etc.... </li><li>Respond to visual and aural cues. </li><li>Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to maneuver on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs. </li><li>Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in all situations. </li><li>Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation and repair procedures of the property mechanical systems, equipment and life safety system. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. </li></ul>
