If you're looking for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.</p> <p>The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers and sales representatives via phone call and email, process orders, and provide information in response to customers' inquiries.</p> <p>The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.</p> <p>Pay rate: $19.52/hr</p> <p>Deadline to apply: 4/7/26</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage incoming calls with a professional and courteous demeanor </li><li>Accurately input and maintain order information in company systems </li><li>Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests </li><li>Validate order accuracy by cross-referencing source documentation and historical data </li><li>Promptly resolve discrepancies to maintain system integrity </li><li>Generate Order Acknowledgments </li><li>Develop understanding of Imperial Dade products and commonly used acronyms </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent </li><li>Customer service experience </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office </li><li>Data entry experience </li></ul>
