Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The coordinator is responsible for the oversight of activities required to maintain the daily operations of the Department of Pharmacy. The coordinator is also responsible for the review and follow-up of quality assurance assignments. The coordinator will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.</p> <p>Other information:</p> <p>Required Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates outstanding competence in both written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Possesses excellent interpersonal skills. </li><li>Demonstrates a high level of competency in troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment. </li><li>Demonstrates competency in generating and analyzing reports. </li><li>Successfully reviews and improves the quality of service to be provided by maintaining automated equipment in its most efficient state. </li><li>Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB). </li><li>Familiarity with PC computer-windows based applications, spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (Word). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Some college level coursework. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee operational workflows including improvement ideas, growth opportunities, and projects </li><li>Serve as a point person for questions and ideas related to operational workflows and projects </li><li>Review safety events and seek resolution with pharmacy personnel. </li><li>Participate and present at meetings as applicable. </li><li>Staff as needed to support departmental needs and maintain proficiency in operational workflows. </li><li>Flexible staffing shifts when needed to assist in project rollouts or regulatory testing. </li><li>Assist the operations leadership team with policy and procedure development. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment problems and seek resolution. </li></ul> <p>Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
