(top performers average $800 per month during peak season!) </li><li>Monthly performance bonuses - earn up to $240 per month! </li><li>Flexible hours; full-time or part-time </li><li>Raise opportunities- 90 Day Review with up to an additional $1.00 an hour. </li><li>401k Eligibility after 90 day of service with employer matching </li><li>No experience necessary - we provide paid, hands-on training and development! </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings with your moving team </li><li>Load and unload the moving truck </li><li>Complete paperwork and payment collection </li><li>Safely operate the 26' box truck as a driver (non-CDL) </li><li>Perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years or older to be a driver </li><li>Valid driver's license and safe driving record required for drivers </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) </li><li>Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen </li><li>Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, or truck driving helpful! </li></ul> <p>This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Cheektowaga, New York.
