<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive TA Ops Lead with strong project management experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations environments. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects within Talent Acquisition or HR Operations. </li><li>Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and data entry. </li><li>Ensure effective communication and interaction with stakeholders. </li><li>Adapt to ambiguous situations and proactively solve problems. </li><li>Assist in talent acquisition processes and administrative tasks. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong project management experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations. </li><li>Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). </li><li>Vendor Management </li><li>SOP Creation/process mapping examples </li><li>Program development/operation excellence reporting </li><li>ATS system utilization </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with PeopleSoft is helpful. </li><li>Willingness to take eProcurement training class. </li><li>Comfort with occasional travel to the office in Boston. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Primarily remote with ability to go on site in Boston as needed for key meetings with leadership</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
