<ul> <li>Install and commission advanced machinery at customer and dealer locations </li><li>Provide basic operational training to end users on-site </li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues using standard testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope) </li><li>Travel to customer and dealer facilities via car or airplane </li><li>Conduct on-site intake of customer-reported equipment malfunctions and service concerns </li><li>Communicate technical findings and resolutions to both customers and internal management </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Required and Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in electronics or equivalent hands-on experience </li><li>Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems, machining materials, tooling, and end mills is a plus </li><li>Ability to interpret technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and ethical communication </li><li>Capable of working independently and staying composed under pressure, especially when addressing customer concerns </li><li>Naturally inquisitive with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.</p> <p>10 % Yearly bonus based on sales.
