Our vision is to conduct our operations in a manner that inspires public confidence in government by administering and enforcing tax, child support and municipal finance laws in ways that are innovative, customer-focused, and transparent</p> <p>Bureau/Division Overview</p> <p>The mission of the Human Resources Bureau is to attract, engage, develop and retain a high performing workforce. We partner with the agency's Management teams to develop strategies in workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance management (EPRS & MassPerform). HRB is responsible for maintaining employee records, reviewing and monitoring transactions related to the payroll systems (HR/CMS), and overseeing all DOR (MassCareers) recruitment initiatives.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Human Resources Intern will play a key role in organizing and preparing personnel files for a move. The HR Intern will audit the state of current files, create an organizational system and research/prepare files for transfer to archives.
