Myers, FL.</p> <p>The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides commercial lines support in maintaining, expanding, and servicing assigned accounts.</p> <p>How You Will Contribute:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answer and process all telephone requests, process daily mail, including faxes and e-mail, for assigned accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Review commercial applications, renewal requests and endorsements for adherence to underwriting authority and guidelines as established by the company's carriers</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations</p> </li><li> <p>Validate coverage and ratings policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain suspense or follow-up system for correspondence/requests, and expiration records</p> </li><li> <p>Process premium finance agreements as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare billings and/or invoices on a timely basis</p> </li><li> <p>Advise accounting of the appropriate posting of moneys received on assigned accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the collection of premiums and audits</p> </li><li> <p>Provide back-up to other Account Managers as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain working relationship with the various company marketing representatives and underwriters</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Florida 4-40 license</p> </li><li> <p>Florida 2-20 License</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience to Be Successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with MS Office Suite</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of service experience in the insurance industry</p> </li><li> <p>Industry software experience</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-CJ1</p> <p>Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being</p> <p>We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance </li><li>Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services </li><li>Beyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. </li></ul> <p>Not reflective of all benefits.
